„Gut für eine Nacht, unweit des TAPO
Das Hotel liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom TAPO entfernt, es ist also ideal für eine Nacht, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. Das Bett war bequem und man kann das Fenster im Zimmer öffnen.
Morgens kamen sehr unangenehme Gerüche aus den Abflüssen, da das Waschbecken im Zimmer war, roch es im ganzen Zimmer.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war durchaus ok
Es wäre hilfreich gewesen wenn an der Rezeption jemand englisch gesprochen hätte. Wir waren um 13°° Uhr an der Rezeption und man sagte uns, offizieller Check-inn ist um 15°°Uhr. Sollte unser Zimmer früher gereinigt sein könnten wir gerne früher in unser Zimmer. Wir warteten direkt vor der Rezeption. Um punkt 15°°Uhr kam dann ein Reisbus, welcher komplett vor uns abgefertigt wurde. Dabei fiel uns auf, daß von 4 Mitarbeitern nur einer mit dem Check-inn beschäftigt war, die anderen drei mit ihrem Handy. Nach knapp drei Stunden endlich auf dem Zimmer fassten wir unsere Erfahrungen in eine Bewertung. Die dicke Überraschung kam am nächsten Morgen. Da wir mit dem Zimmer durchaus zufrieden waren hätten wir gern verlängert. An der Rezeption sagte man uns: für Leute die schlechte Bewertungen schreiben ist kein Zimmer frei. Das ist für uns eine ganz neue Erfahrung und hatten wir so auch noch nicht erlebt. Sehr schade!

„Schade, es hätte so nett sein können!
Nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine sehr große Badewanne in der Suit. Das Bett war riesig und bequem.
Man konnte das Wasser nicht aus der Wanne lassen, also dampfte es die ganze Zeit weiter. Es gab keine Ablüftung, somit war das Zimmer feucht, da die Badewanne zusammen mit allem anderen in einem Zimmer stand. Alles fühlte sich klamm an. Zum Frühstück gab es kaum Brot, es war schlicht weg schon "aus". Der Boden hatte lauter Schäden, dass man nicht barfuss laufen konnte. An der Decke war Schimmel. Mängel konnte man nicht geltend machen, sondern man bekommt einen Code für den nächsten Besuch. Als wenn man so oft nach Mexiko fliegt und dann wieder dort einchecken würde.

halbwegs sauber, Betten waren bequem. Lage nahe am Flughafen.
Lage ist zwar nahe am Flughafen, aber eine nicht ganz so sichere Gegend. abends sollte man hier nicht mehr rausgehen.
